Amazon bought out Lovefilm years ago, the surprise is that they didn't shut it down sooner. The streaming service included in LoveFilm wasn't as vast as the DVD side when they were bought out but then it became Prime Instant Video and you didn't get the better movies included (you have to pay additional to rent them).

Saw Breathe last night. Good film. Much more to Andrew Garfield than jumping around in a latex outfit.

Hopefully can catch Blader Runner next week.

Bit disappointed by the new Star Wars. Still enjoyed it, but some real nonsense moments. Wont spoil it for those who haven't seen

Off to see it tomorrow morning in the Plaza cinema Dorchester, at £2.50 its rude not to even if it is a 30 miles drive its worth the saving as we still would have to drive to Yeovil or Taunton which is 20 miles away and £9.50 a ticket when you get there.

Completely agree. In my opinion everything they got so right with The Force Awakens the got wrong with The Last Jedi.

To me it was just a sci fi movie in space, enjoyable but not "Star Wars". Why is there a need for stupid animals ?

think this needs a new spoilers thread, felt exactly the same.

enjoyed it, yet it was disjointed and the potential greatness was wasted.

The further I am away from being in the cinema the worse I think it was. Enjoyed it a lot whilst watching it but it was nothing like a coherent addition to the existing films.

A spoiler thread would be a good place to go I think...

As it’s nearly Christmas, watched bad Santa 2 tonight. Very funny, rude, crass. Would recommend.

Watched Dunkirk last night, quite enjoyed... Until the end which annoyed the shit out of me. The plot at the end was holier than the fucking pope.

I've not seen it, but surely it ends with about 340,000 being rescued? How do they get that wrong?
