Anyone seen Black Mass yet?

Supposed to be on a par with Goodfellas.
Really good film. But Goodfellas was a really great film....

Nope. I've never seen a Star Wars film, and don't intend to.

I'll be going to see it. I rarely go to the cinema(Lord of the rings was the last time) but it has to be done.

I see that it starts from 00.05 tomorrow but I'll go next week.

Thought I was the only one.
There was an article about how to avoid the Star Wars hype on the BBC the other day, and the most feasible option was to move to Bhutan.  Hmmm

Can't wait until it all dies down!

Haven't got an issue with it, it's just one of those things. Like people who don't like football get sick of the World Cup being everywhere when it happens. Nothing wrong with enjoying it anymore than there's anything wrong with wanting it to end, I just happen to be in the latter camp. Tired of it already!

I was about 9 or 10 when the return of the Jedi was released. It was massive for kids around my age and the toys were the must have things for boys then.
I guess it stuck with me and others who were into it as kids hence the anticipation of this film.

I got my kids watching the films when they were small and it continues. My little nephew who is 4 loves playing as Darth Vader for instance. He's mad on it.

I didn't like the second generation of films much but this film going back to the characters of my childhood has whetted my appetite.

I watched the one with the arm getting sliced off, that's about it. I might watch them at some point.

Not seen that either.

Conversations with me about films usually go like this:

A: I've not seen any films or TV really. You'd be surprised.
b: oh I doubt that.
A: no seriously, people tell me to fuck off and everything.
B: What did you think of the last Indiana Jones?
A: I've not seen any of them.
B: FUCK OFF!

I grew up with Star Wars. Have always loved it, even the prequels and went to the midnight screening tonight. It doesn't disappoint! Really good film!

I've never watched a Star Wars movie, but I'm gonna give them all a go.

Surely the majority of movie lovers can't be wrong, right?

I must have lived under a rock recently though as I've not really seen a great deal of 'hype'.. The odd advert here and there, but not a lot more..
