Off to see the Minions with our 4 year old tomorrow.

Needless to say he's slightly excited.

Saw Jurassic World this week.. really enjoyed it. Just as cheesy and ridiculous as the others.

New Fantastic Four looks decent, plus I quite like the look of Ant-Man... change of role for Paul Rudd in that one, should be interesting.

Also, that new trailer of Batman Vs Superman looks incredible... if that's your sort of thing.. which, for me, it is..

Have recently seen both Minions (mindlessly enjoyable if unlikely to win many awards) and Mr Holmes, which was very good indeed, excellent performance as you might expect from McKellen and the kid (Milo Parker) is also really impressive. Would recommend.

Oh, and a bit of a nod to the Cumberbatchian TV show with the killer taxi driver from the first episode being in it.

Got given 'Fanboys' as a belated birthday present yesterday, another of those films I've been meaning to see for years. Absolutely bloody loved it. Recommended!

Ted 2 is good, but no where near as good as the first one. Wouldn't be happy if I paid to see it in the cinema.

I'd heard it's funny.... would it be something that a 4 year old would be interested in?

My son, not me... by the way.

It is indeed a good film, written by Jonathan Ross's wife Jane Goldman. I would describe it as a spoof spy adventure with a great cast.

Its quite good isn't it. Before we watched it we lent it to my in-laws who don't much care for swearing in films....  Embarrassed
