Agree. Watch The Revenant instead. Best film I've seen since Creed, and that was good. This is better.

I watched Straight Outta Compton last night. Not bad on the whole and kept fairly true to reality, so far as I could tell. Good performance from the guy playing Ice Cube.
No Oscars from me though!

Ice Cube's son! I thought it was good but not brilliant. One of those films which would have been better off as a TV mini series possibly. |

Creed is pretty good, the fight scences are probably the most realistic I've seen in a boxing film.
Stallone is excellent and probably deserves the Oscar buzz he is getting

A lot of the fight scences were done as one continuous shot with no editing, one in particular must have lasted for 2 rounds so that obviously adds to the authenticity.
Also helps when the other fighters are actual boxers, Tony Bellew, etc

American Sniper: Decent enough but felt it ended a bit abruptly
Last Vegas: Star studded cast so you expect good things, and it didn't disappoint. I want to go to Vegas when i'm 70.
