It sucks losing grandparents.
I lost my gran in 93 when I was just 8 then my other nan and gramp went within a year of each other Feb 06 and Jan 07. Its really really shit.
I was never that close with my dads side of the family, as well its large....6 kids, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.....so it possibly wasnt as hard as it should have been.
On the flip side, out of all my family I'm probably closet to my gramp I've got left. He spoilt me as a child and the old fool still does.....My mums an only child and so am I, thus an only grandchild. I cant imagine the day hes gone, it will destory me.
Wow, how morbid!
On a slightly more upbeat note, you know your life is fucking crap when your in on a Friday night and both your parents are out somewhere!!! I never knew my grandparents on my mums side - can't really remember the ones on my dads. Unfortunately thats life and it does suck mate. Just try and think positive ie. everything happens for a reason (cliche as that might sound)! aye, swings and roundabouts. knowing the stubborn bugger he will out live the rest of the family anyway! |

Is the business! Small glass of red bull (about 1/3 of a can) and a shot of Jager Meister. Drop the shot glass into the red bull glass (make sure both are glass) and the shot will stick to the bottom - neck it and it will do the trick. I blame Australia - they are evil but ace! |

Shit sorry Dv  dont be....nothings your fault is it. But anyway, certainly know how you feel Dave like I said lost both of mine recently and it really does suck. My Nan was made much worse, because well.....the 'family' home that my dad, uncles and aunties grew up in went back to council so it all had to be cleared out and as usual, it all got left for my dad to do. I had a few days off work to attend the funeral and help him and got bollocked at work for it, cunts! aye. that sounds a tad harsh about your work though. |

the grey smirnoff ice turns blue as the shot is dropped in
its both a visual and drinking experience. and one surefire way to get absolutely fucked
