I think the crappy name for it is more evil than the activity itself.
They'll invent a new name for running soon to make it seem that bit better.

Its basically excercise bikes that you can adjust the resistance on - you do a class with an instructor who does different work outs - hill climbs, sprints etc etc on the bike - If you have a good instructor it can be brill but very tiiring
My instructor Colin always adds some upper body stuff too Why not just go out on a bike ride? So much more fun...

I cast an eye at my velo yesterday...needs a bit of TLC, I really must make the effort. There's some great cycling around the Cotswolds...I used to do a route from Swindon to Stratford. More or less all on quiet country lanes, once you got out to Stanton Fitzwarren....quite direct as well

No you keep right off A roads, only a bit leaving Swindon, until entering Stratford. Stanton Fitzwarren...Hannington ..Kempsford....Whelford....Fairford.....Coln St Aldwyns.....Aldsworth cross A40 for Clapton on the Hill. Roll on down to Bourton on the Water. Then through the Slaughters to the Swells....Longborough....Sezincote....Blockley...Paxford.....Ilmington....Preston and Atherstone on Stour.....then some A34 shit, unavoidable. Jobs a good un.

You should get a bike...cycling tones up all sorts of parts of the anatomy....plus releases all sorts of endorphins, which you can counteract by going in pubs.
