We got McGilp from Birmingham so I doubt the 2 were connected.
I may have imagined it but didn't McGilp arrive around the same time that Morfuni was wittering on about investing in aussie kids, may be a complete coincidence or I may just be a twat!

Why?
Reading between the lines, I would assume it is something akin to, he was slow to accept a reduced wage and Power is a hard negotiator. "I won't sign for you for less than XYZ, with the response from Power being you won't sign for us more than ABC"
I could be wrong but that's how I read it.

Nah I could well be wrong, but I just thought it was a coincidence.

The Loans the lad has had suggests league 1 or championship is his next step.

Played a lot of games for a young lad. POTY at Yeovil a couple of years ago.

Benda was great for us so big shoes to fill. I think Wellens said they are going to speak to Swansea in a week to see what the Benda deal is so don't expect a young keeper in before thats happened.

Swindon has a long history of being the historical home of the most successful 4-6-0's in the uk.

Yeah, in your face Colchester.
