As expected, Doyle and Vaughan are not in Bradford's squad.

It's really happening, isn't it?

The 'Cows Arse' twitter feed that suggested Vaughan and Doyle were off before the local paper did is asking about Woolery with the ol' eye emojis.

Message on their forum that we’ve signed Doyle on a 18 month contract and they’re signing James Hanson from Grimsby.

Trying to go back to past glories by the sound of it, don’t think they’ll get Wells to partner Hanson this time though.

Bradford director of communications Ryan Sparks says offer received and is being considered.

Doyle wants to go to Swindon, and club, manager and player are considering the offer.

Not sure that Woolery would fit into their style of play though, he likes to run with ball at feet and run onto through balls, you cant do that with the ball in the air an awful lot and being played long

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p081mtmw Here's the audio with Sparks. Suggests that their bad form is down to the return of Doyle. All positive but like most, I'm waiting for the scarf.

They might be right.

Not that that's Doyle's fault of course. Their manager tried to change their system to suit him, but it's not a system that works for the manager (and players).

By the sounds of it, it was worse than that, he didn't change the system, just tried to shoehorn Doyle into it.
