Sadly, I think you're right  At least I don't need to change my pants now I think so as well, there's nothing anywhere that seems to say that. Our fans don't do themselves any favours posting on their forum though, we keep making themselves look stupid with the recall business and now one of them saying 2 year deal agreed. They are perfectly capable of arguing amongst themselves. |

I think the word ‘finally’ is the give away to this ruse. I doubt that the club would put that kind of a word which is an expression of exasperation and is unprofessional.
Agreed, plus, surely it would be an 18month or 2 1/2 year deal, not 2 year! Else he'd be out of contract in January 2022. |

One of these stupid rumours people on Instagram claiming to be in the know tried to claim Doyle wanted a 2 year deal and couldn't get his head around the fact that by saying that it basically proved he was making shit up when I pointed it out. |

Tbh EB, I think that comes with the territory whether in Sport/Film/Politics etc. If you have a public presence per se, then there will always be an element of knobs/weirdos. We only have to look at Brexit (regardless of leaning) to know that pretty much around half of this "Kingdom" is full of knobheads. If he comes, he'll come to Town purely for business. I Don't think it boils down to whether he considers the chances of his Mrs bumping into Christian Krustycock and Flasheart (sorry, the Liverpool geo knowledge did you) or Fordy and TheGranbyMullett, being a better prospect than the other... |
