As the days towards the start of the season diminish, the odds of one of them being a ‘signing’ day increase.

Just playing the odds!

New signing to be paraded before the fans at this evening’s game?

Is this a question to all of the ITK people on here or are you one of the rarities?

It would have to be some signing to be worth a parade. a u21 premier league loan would look quite embarrassing.

The missing holding midfielder?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jordan_Lyden

Linked by Nicko on twitter. Assume his Oldham stint was under Wellens.

I have a sneaky suspicion that a Man U U23 loan signing will be in our squad (a La Vigouroux a few seasons ago)

D'Mani Mellor An attacking player who can play up front or in a wider role. 7 in 8 for u23s + 8 subs.

Nishan Burkart 6 in 12 for u23s + 3 subs

Largie Ramazani- A tricky two-footed wide player who adds flair to the young Reds' attack. 1 in 3 for u23s.

I have left out the best u23 forward being Tahith Chong who is with the first team.
It strikes me that not many united kids go out on loan in england.

We already have our very own Largie Romanski after an apparently bulking pre-season.

A mate for McGilp and Morfuni? Cheesy

Left Villa in March been without a club since then, Aussie U20 international.

Has to be a better option than Conroy there if the link is true.

Linked to Tranmere, Rotherham and Southend last month.

I doubt any of those players would be allowed to come down to L2, they will all get a loan in the Championship or higher IMO.

Ethan Hamilton, Callum Whelan or Tom Sang could be possibles as they have all been out on loan to L2 or lower clubs so far from Utd.

Jordan Lyden - Ex Villa defensive midfielder
Villa fans said he has great potential but was ‘made ofWeetabix’

He’s been training with Sarfend since the end of June. Rovrum and Tranmere were both interested.

Another player with injury concerns is probably what we don’t need now.

Interesting that this rumour gets a quick article in the adver but the Hylton one hasn’t. Does it make more reliable? Or did I miss one on Hylton?

This rumour was from the Sun journo , The Hylton one was from a different twitter account......

Adver must deem the one from the Sun Journo more reliable.......

Sums the Adver up really.....trusting the Sun over other sources

Wellens reckons he's going to be putting in a bid for Bennett soon... a player supposedly on high wages... despite us apparently not being able to shift players we need to.

I'm with others, I think the whole 'we need to get players off the wage bill' is a bit of a ploy. At least in part.
