Slightly off. Boxing Day we were 14th. Jan 17th we were 6th
At the same stage as this season we were 4th on 44 points.... So DV you don't agree we're at a historic low? |

We are right now, yes. That doesn’t mean we can’t hit some form & challenge for the plays offs though. Not saying we will but it’s not impossible is it. Teams have gone on late runs before now.. |

Yes it can happen, but is very unusual. Normally you look for a sign that you could be turning a corner.... Blackpool did it a couple of years ago when their 28 game record was only a point better off than ours... in game 29 they went to Carlisle who ended up in the PO's one point head of them and stuffed them 4-1. They got 32 points from the final 18 squeaked 70 points just enough for 7th. Winning at Tranny could do something similar for us, but it's a long shot. |

was on loan at Walsall this season, and previously at portmouth last season, rated at Wolves. I like the cut of his Jib. Hope the rumors true.
I just had a quick look and it sounds like at both Walsall and Portsmouth he put in some MoM performances and then struggled with the physicality of league 1 as the loan period went on. |

I'm using all my santa good boy wishes for option 2. But as you do, suspect option 1 is the realistic outcome. I do feel more optimistic for next season. You'd better do it Wellens I'm getting old and would at least hope to see us higher than when I first put that fateful footstep through the turnstile, before I go...
