It’s just dreadful to watch.

Which is presumably why you no longer go...

Pretty much. I would have gone Saturday but got the flu bug.

I enjoyed my one and only away game at Yeovil, but away performances aren’t that important as a travelling fan as long as the result goes your way.

I used to wheedle out of things to get to a match - now, it seems I take any excuse not to go.

We're a club with an average Div 4 budget, therefore the standard of football is bound to be lower.... decent players cost a lot and some of them aren't that clever.

Flitters for now has halted the slide, and rebuilding the club in an upward direction is going to take time, but despite like yourself many on here favouring a change of manager, to get a more expansive style, some small signs of progress are detectable.

9 out of 10 STFC fans prefer result over entertaining performances.  FACT.

(based on a poll of 75).

Good

Football is a competitive sport, sport is about winning.

If you want entertainment there are plenty of other activities that statisfy that desire

I agree to a large extent. That's why I chucked a poll up, thought I was in the minority!

But I have to confess I wouldn't want us to play this way year on year stuck in division 4. That said, its kind of moot, if we get stuck in division 4 we will presumably go through a manager or two who will inevitable bring their own 'unique' styles.

To be honest, I’m quite happy with this signing.

Completely left field but, on paper, a very solid signing.

Northampton fans have a great deal of good to say about him. Sounds promising, let's hope he still has his mojo at 35.

Scored an awful lot of goals for the Cobblers over the years, but 35 years of age?

Good signing, hopefully he can make a similar impact to Benson in 11/12. Proven at this level and whilst widely thought to be past it for League 1, if he can help get us over the line then it's job done and we replace in the summer.
