You can't expect Hylton to be around for much longer.

Yeah, loan departure, prob to FGR, is likely. Shame, as I had high hopes for him when he first came but a move is probably best for both parties at this moment in time.

Williams confirms on BBC Wilts we have offered a contract to Delfouneso. Surely that's the Anderson deal dead if we add him to Obika, Norris, Young, Stewart, Goddard and Hylton who can play up front?
I have my doubts as to whether Delfouneso will sign - let's face it, he has no club at the moment (which is a surprise in itself) so if a club comes knocking you would have thought he would jump at the chance, even on a short term deal, but he delays his decision and Williams said he is looking to see if he likes us and we like him!!  Strange one!

Did he say the other was a striker, I missed that.

That's the way it sounded (6 mins in):

You could say if the lad had any other reasonable options why would he be wasting time around our place?

As I've said, the Anderson deal is/was pretty much done, depending on Palace signing a striker. Whether or not anything has changed with regards to that I don't know, but I think that's who Williams is on about.
If it's not him, then I have absolutely no idea.

Trevor

I liked Trevor....Stewart could be his successor....well sort of.  He played in the years when I lived in exile, so didn't see him every week, but seemed pretty decent when I did see him.
