If there are not more incoming deals to be announced then our business over the summer has been very poor. A paper thin squad with very little proven quality Beyond the players we have on loan. I'm very disillusioned.

Shocking that we've let 3 forward players go and brought 1 in as it stands.
The most natural RW we have is an untested youngster who is yet to kick a football professionally. Not claiming Storey to be a saviour but he could have done a job there short term.
All a bit bizarre. Pray for more news!

Don't see this as progress
Power said that Stewart is Byrne's replacement. Thomas is Smith's replacement, Storey wasn't given a squad number initially and told he could go, so in that sense nothing has changed numbers wise.....quality wise we'll have to see. |

Come on, are many people bothered Storey has gone. Or a disinterested Smith. And I would have been mightily pissed off if we had kept Byrne and he went for diddly squat next year. |

Will you just bore off. It's been done to death where the money is going, read some old threads. It's paid off debts and is going on infrastructure ie the training ground. Power has openly said the next few years are more about infrastructure than on the pitch. Go start your own thread and talk to yourself!
Can a Mod just create a sticky with a link to one of numurous occasions Power has adequately explained "where the money has gone". Someone pops up every week wheeling out the same question |
