Cardiff City can do one there is no way Mass will go to those sheep shagging cunts and their bid was way below Poers valuation.

My mate is a season ticket holder at Cardiff and when I asked him about our link he said Cardiff don't have £2m to spend on one player let alone £4m or £5m.

Tan is not backing Slade with large transfer funds.

It could be but it could just as easily be £500k up front with add ones etc after they are promoted.

Somehow that Cahill made up story off Swindon Town Fans on Twitter has made it to Indykaila - the so called "In the Know" account. Imagine...

I don't think he will. There's no need for either player or club to rush a deal through (hopefully).

How has Kasim actually performed for Iraq I wonder? I recorded all the games but frankly couldn't be bothered to watch them all the way through. I'm guessing he could have played every bit as well as Luongo but just hasn't received the publicity due to not playing for the host nation?

Yaser Kasim was our best player along with Dhurgham Ismail. The way he plays reminds me on Alonso.. so calm on the ball and dictates the midfield with his passing and movement. He almost scored a screamer of a free kick against Iran, would of been goal of the tournament IMO. The one match in this cup that we got genuinely outplayed in (and lost by the biggest margin) was against South Korea and the reason for that was Kasim was suspended. He wouldn't look out of place at all if he played for a team like Southampton/Everton/Swansea etc he was more influential for Iraq than Luongo was for Australia imo..Remember out of the entire Iraq squad, we only had 5 players over the age of 23..and 3 of those were bench warmers, and we finished 4th (should of been 3rd if it wasn't for some calamitous goalkeeping) with Kasim being the pillar of that team.

Thanks and congratulations on fourth place. That's a damn good result, especially knocking out Iran

Very young squad, playing good football, sounds familiar! I saw Yaser a couple of times, plays like he does for us, Should build on 4th for next hopefully.

Interesting, didn't see us ever signing a 33 year old anytime soon.

Didn't think we were allowed anymore loans, we've had a fair few.

Coventry seem to think they are signing him as well.

been called up to the wales squad for their next game as well, so would miss colchester. Does that mean if we sign him we can get the game called off?
