Was on loan at Colchester last year. He's already 20 so I'd imagine is looking for a permanent move away to get things started. The same could be said of Loza. They both fit the mould.
As for Stephens and Turnbull, I still hope that we'll see them turn into permanent deals.

I expect with Barker it is a lack of confidence due to not getting much game time that has affected him and when he does it is not always up front in his preferred position, so maybe go to tranmere for a few months give him time to get his match fitness, score a few goals and come back and try and push hard for a place
