Tom Nichols' goalscoring was steady until Bristol Rovers got their mitts on him. Hopefully he's been on the wing or something?

On the assumption that Baxter is trial-to-loan then he'd be a first pick to any L1 club who gets him (based on the terms of his loan).
He was poor for Peterborough before that to be honest, maybe Exeter was just a purple patch?

Good signing, bags of potential, not exactly a position we need badly but he looks very promising. Now get the keeper deal done and a centre forward.

Liked the look of the CB today. With Donohue thats the defence done.

The pedigree of the midfielder is encouraging. Is he under the 21 age cap?

Got a feeling Wellens may see Twine as the additional striker after today - saving the club a few quid, too. Plus, wouldn’t Twine satisfy one of the EFL’s rulings on squad make up?

do you think we'll see any unexpected outs?

he could be brilliant. I don't mean anything else, but we are a bit overcrowded in midfield of everyone stays fit.

You only have to listen to Wellens talk about Twine to know he has got a long way to go to be considered first team. Fully expect them to ship him out on loan again, rightly so.

Only really Palmer and Smith plus the 3 that started if we continue to play 433 so I wouldn’t say we are overcrowded.

I imagine Twine will be very much around the matchday squad until the transfer window closes.

Big chance for him.

Agree thats likely to be the case, given the last minute deals that get done.

Pre season flatters Twine, you get more space and time on the ball. He hits shots a lot and, fair play a couple were very good today (goal and freekick). Not convinced its much more than that but we shall see.
