Woolery did not look himself yesterday IMO, didn't put the effort in that he has for the last few games.

Wouldn't want to get injured before a move?

If I was being lined up for a move to play for Bowyer (assuming that rumour's true), I'd be repeatedly slamming my leg in a door

Maybe not if you're unemployed in 5 months and they're offering a 2.5 year deal on good cash....

tbf, looking at their position with more games played than all around them, I don't think anyone will have to worry about playing for Bowyer for very long.

Indeed, it does smack of the Bradford board just waiting until the window closes to sack him so they don't have to shell out on players when they appoint the new guy.

Confirms that we have made a bid but suggests that they are still “considering it”. Could mean we have to wait, or we’re sorting his contract out, or could mean there’s an agreement to wait for scarf pics before announcing.

He said that the player (Doyle) was considering it. In which case, that would mean Bradford have accepted the bid.

I'd say they accepted a bid from us after Saturday's defeat. It's all being carefully stage managed, starting with the leak to the local press on Monday, of Doyle and Vaughan's imminent departures.

Might do elsewhere but not at 1.23.
