Or the speculation all ends, allowing him to knuckle down and get his head into being at Bradford and he starts scoring again. Not really fair to judge it on the back of one game with all this going on.

So the first point the our learned friend Mr Venkman made....  Wink

TBF he seems a nice bloke and I hope he does knuckle down and enjoy the 2nd half of the season with them, I just don't think his style will work in that team.

This season so far Doyle has started 4 games for Bradford and has yet to score.

So what fee are Bradford currently asking which Power has declined to pay?

Apparently the asking fee from when he signed originally on loan has been significantly increased to more than Power has stated he is willing to pay for a player out of contract in a few months time.

He thinks Bradford have moved the goal posts on what was agreed in the original deal, which is their right as he is their player and he has scored a shit ton of goals for us.

Bradford's strike-rate would indicate that they haven't just moved the goalposts; they've taken them off the pitch completely.

I must have missed that as that's new to me but I respect your knowledge. I would have thought it's within their interest to sell him this month for a six figure sum rather than let him walk away for nothing plus it saves them thousands in wages

Suppose it rather depends on what was written in the loan paperwork?

Are they strikers or CB's?

Indeed, there's no point in agreeing a provisional fee in the first place if the sellers can just decide a few months down the line, without penalty, that they're not going to comply with it.

Mellis is Donohue’s partner in crime. Maybe his court case is Friday as well.

Tom Pett - does his Heartbreakers come with him?

Hmm. Mellis was the other one involved in the Donohue fracas, wasn't he? Mansfield just disciplined him rather than sacking him like Donohue - maybe they're looking to move him on after all.
