Like I said, if he performs for Wellens at Swindon like he did for Wellens at Oldham, than that would be a blinding signing.
To be fair if he replicates any of his clubs form apart from Bradford we are ok

True that, he has a very good record overall.

Just look at Ajose. It’s only us that’s got anything out of him.

Big believer in horses for courses.

Ballard has gone back to Arsenal, out for 5 months with an injury.

I like the signing of Doyle, on no basis whatsoever.

Shame, but it frees up another loan spot. How did Broadbent do the other day?

Classic football banter. Sort out a striking option and your defender breaks.

Oldham Athletic (loan)
Edit
On 31 August 2017, Oldham Athletic signed Doyle on loan until 1 January 2018.[27] He has become a fan favourite with his goal scoring ability, and ginger hair.

Perhaps being at a club where the manager actually spent months trying to sign you will help replace the confidence lost whilst being at a club relegated last season and struggling so far this.

There’s a handful of players at Bradford the fans have got their claws into.

Of the names thrown about in the summer, Doyle looked realistic.... he has shown he knows where the onion bag is at times in his career, so is probably as good as we could hope for... also he has featured for Bradford so should be up to speed.

Bradford fans seem to have this sense of self importance of being both better and bogger than they actually are

Well, I suppose getting 15,000 crowds gives you a sense that you really shouldn’t be in L2.

Should feel quite at home with many fans here then!  Wink
