Transfer windows relate to the registration of players don't they? which means you can sell players and buy players whenever you like, it's about getting the player registered. Therefore if we have a later date, a Prem club can sell/loan down the chain to us beyond their cut off.

I wonder if he has learned his lesson from saying he was 100% and 95% sure on 2 players. These deals could still have legs but downplaying expectation seems sensible. |
