We're too nice at the back. Lancashire wins little in the air and doesn't get stuck in, Conroy's more of a ball playing centre half, Robertson's poor all round and Romanski's 12 and still developing.
I'm all for having a horrible bastard who bullies strikers around a bit even if he does boil over from time to time.
We just need a centre back who can win the first ball in the air. Lancashire isn't good enough at this. He would be adequate playing alongside someone who can. |
