Good player who should have played at a higher level than championship but his temperament lets him down. He's a walking red card. I'm not sure we'll be able to meet his wage demands also. He does score goals though and was used at Southend as a makeshift striker at some point.

The guy they're looking at Thursday is from overseas. An out of contract international.

In that case, it’s got to be Bilel Moshni. If Brown wants a ‘kick it, head it, player he’s the one. Problem is that it’s an opposition players he is just as likely to head or kick. Dreadful disciplinary record. Scores loads of goals, though.

If you’re after a street fight, then yes!
Hardly a good example, though. Refusing training, play. Maybe he’s grown up.

Not really but he's not really afraid to stick his head or foot in when needed.........although it's normally results in being on the opposition player.
He could be a decent player if it wasn't was his discipline

If he's better than what we have (and he stays on the pitch) at CB currently then surely it's worth a punt? It's not that hard to get better than we have but it's harder to get the right type of player.

We're too nice at the back. Lancashire wins little in the air and doesn't get stuck in, Conroy's more of a ball playing centre half, Robertson's poor all round and Romanski's 12 and still developing.
I'm all for having a horrible bastard who bullies strikers around a bit even if he does boil over from time to time.

Just This. Lets get a hard bastard in at the back, something we haven't had for some time. A good solid lump at the back could well turn our season round.
