Yes, I know about the debenture owed to Black, but it is upon profitable sale of the club, and as far as we're aware, Power hasn't sold the club yet (and if it's not sold for a profit then the debt isn't payable?)

With the court case costs, as Jed lost and Power won, why has Power not recovered all costs from Jed? I don't get this bit.

If Jed was taking money out of the club illegally, why has Power or any other officer of the club not gone after him? There are meant to be rules in place on company directors and the decisions they take for the business.

Understand about cash-flow and phased payment of transfer fees, but this would also apply on the other side of the coin for players we sign.

I'm still sceptical, but there's not much can be done about it if Power is taking the money, he is the owner.

Understanding is that possibility (pursuit of civil proceedings) was relinquished within settlement: http://totalswindonsport.com/2015/01/mccrory-relinquished-option-to-buy-back-shares-in-swindon/

P'boro signing Wales and former west ham Jack Collison. Only 26, decent pedigree for league 1!

After the season we've had PL & CH clubs will be lining up to send players to us. Just think of us as a premier league version of Crew Alex.

Great statement. When did a chairman last seem to have such a grip on the long-term health of the club?

Fitton. It all went a bit south in the end but the early days under Fitton were very reminiscent of this, but then Malpas happened...

We must have earned a few brownie points from Southampton with us developing Stephens and Turnbull so what's the chance of us getti g Sam Gallagher on loan.

Or is he too near their first team?

He is probably nearer the Saints first team than Stephens.
