Joking aside I'll be happy if Wes, Luongo, kassim and Thompson x 2 are still here come Tuesday.

The worry is none are on long contracts (I think) so at a financial decision level we'd have to sell if a slightly less than stellar offer came in.

No rumours of interest in them though... Damn it, it's quiet, too quiet.

Both the Thompson's signed new deals last summer - 3 years I think. I think Wes might have done the same. Mas and Yas both signed 3 year deals when signing on last summer, as did Byrne. So no problem on that front. Smith's on a 3 year deal as well from what I remember.

If this is the case (and I think I alluded to this in another thread or my head, I can't remember which!!) then unless we are doing reasonably well come the turn of the year, we may have to cash in on our assets to prevent loosing them on free transfers next summer.

Although the majority of the squad is under 23, we're likely to get some form of compo if they walked away.
