Have any James Constable rumours started yet? Last time was tremendous entertaining. Pure hyperbole from both sets of supporters.  We really dodged a bullet there....Paolo's record in the market was patchy to say the least and £250K for Plug, would have been a terrible waste of money. It's rather wonderful that the club were desperate for a sale, after all they haven't sold a player for a fee for at least 10 years, and it was scuppered by their fans getting at the player. Had Gene Wilder got a a bit to spend, then he'd have probably had them up by now... |

On Twitter earlier Scored 13 for them last season in 32 games but hasn't played for them since the end of February due to injury and prior to that didn't complete a whole game for months because of the same injury. |

I noticed that....not sure if it means he's still contracted, so they want a fee. Don't suppose we could afford his wages, unless he's short of offers. |

Apparently they transfer list all their players with only a year left ie Bobby Olejnik, Joe Day, Nicky Ajose, Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Charlie Coulson, Michael Richens, Kane Ferdinand, Tyrone Barnett and Shaun Brisley Nathaniel Knight-Percival, Daniel Kearns, Craig Alcock, Peter Grant and Tommy Rowe all released Looks like they are rebuilding big style |
