Run with the actualy draw of the euros. Voting goes on for 24 hours after kick off. Do all entrants have enough access to the internet to make that ok? Stick with last year where you email your entrants in before 10mins before kick off or something.
I'll start a separate forum for it about a week before it starts to remind people and so that you can organise your own friendly games and shit.
Anybody caught fielding an illegal player will get their score docked by a third for that match and that amount added onto the oppositions score. I think that makes sense (so if team A were playing Team B and it was 12-12, Team A would get deducted 4 votes which would be added onto team B). Players have to be born in the correct country. Arguing about grandparents and citizenship will get complicated.
Anybody not submitting a team will automatically lose that match and theier country will become available if anybody else wants to take it over.
That sound fair?
