Crunchy. It's not what it sounds like. The "belly pork" bit is diced pork, seared in a pan then add chilli powder, tomato puree and seasoning. My nan also adds ketchup for flavouring but you're best off doing this when it's off the heat other wise the ketchup burns and it ruins the flavour. The "bones" bit is pork ribs, boiled up then finish them off by boiling in a thick creamy vegetable soup. Serve on a bed of rice. It's the fucking dogs bollocks I tell thee. |
