Does anyone know how I can get my money back (and travel costs) after last nights 2 dropped points?

I didn't actually go, I watched a bit of Holby City, Harry Hill and Ladette to Lady instead, but I really want STFC to compensate me for last night, £35 should do it.  Does anyone know who I could contact at the club to get my money back?
