By Me, aged 23 3/4. http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/inovate.jpgWith a newly acquired (second hand) freeview box, I suddenly had need of a stronger tv signal in my room. Luckily my mum had just got a new aeriel put on the roof. This meant the old one was kicking around in our front garden. A bit of sellotape and scissor work on the tv cables, some cd rack stacking and careful movement adjustments and I was done. Now I can enjoy the Red Dwarf marathon on Dave. Ace.

I watched a couple of RDs earlier, some of them are still funny and others are just a bit shit.
Funny how I still remember all the words to the closing theme tune after all these years.

Red Dwarf is one of those things which is never as good as you remember it. Although it still has the classic episodes. Rimmer and his "Better Dead than Smeg" bit still fuzzes me up in side.
It's the mid and mid-late series which have stood up the best. The pre-Kryton ones are ok, but are never as good as I remember them.

I love a bit of early RD.
I never caught first series on the box although I‘ve since seen them all on DVD. They’re definitely a different style of comedy to the mid-late series but classics in their own right.
Series seven and eight just stank.
Talking of RD did anyone see Danny John Jules (The Cat) get nicked in his dressing gown last week after threatening a bin man with a kitchen knife?

I can't believe it is 20 years old. That means you were only 3 3/34 when it aired!

It's like last of the summer wine you lot.
Next you'll be meeting up and rolling down hills in bath tubs half cut while the rest of us are stuck at work.
