I think we'll play well. Even JP admitted they only show up for the big games!
I got my ticket in May so I'm alright.

Dont think so Jan, sold about 11,000 apparently so far.......... Yeah just got back from the CG, I managed to get 2 tickets no problem, still a couple of thousand left according to Scottish bloke. Although this may be limited by the Police.

I realy dont know what the old bill are expecting, we dont get all this bollocks for a derby!
FFS, they let us play city on a friday night a couple of years ago, so "certain people" could thake the day off and spend it getting totally wrecked prior to the game :--

And due to 24 hour drinking brought in by this Government, should it really make a difference that the game has been brought forward by an hour?
Leeds played at Northampton a few weeks ago, and their police could put up with a 3pm KO, so why not ours.

Yes, but out here it's even better. It's compulsory.

If anyone is upset you'll all lose beer time then 'spoons opens at 9am. I don't imagine most people get to the pub that early on a home match day.
If you're really desperate you could always steal a Fosters from Miss Angry's fridge in the morning.

Doesn't the Merlin open at 11 anyway? That's still 3 hours worth of beer time.

The more I think about the kick off situation the more it gets on my nerves
What is the point in kicking off an hour earlier?
If the police think that there is that much chance of trouble why isnt it a 12.30 kick off? And why do they think there will be so much trouble compared to us playing Bristol rovers for example? Why? Why? Why?
