Or, in the creditors eyes, perhaps he was just an extremely shit administrator, after all, apart from speaking out against fans and acting like a cunt, did he do anything to aid the club's finances?

I always thought of him as a token gesture and nothing more than decoration and a jester like character to join side show bob. But then i know fuck all, i just wanted to relieve my itchy fingers and post something. Cheesy

Did we have any players worth anything during the period we were in Administration?  didn't we quickly get a CVA set-up?

The first Admin happened after we sold anything that was saleable....like Robin Hiulbert, Iffy, Ty, so there was nothing left. The second, quickly moved to the CVA

Because we weren't in Admin under Andronikou? The creditors agreed to a CVA which bought us out of Admin.

In our case (a CVA) Andronikou is simply there to draw up a legally binding document (laying out the clubs assets and liabilities) which would exemplify that allowing the club to continue to trade will result in a better outcome for creditors than if the club was wound up. Once approved by the majority of creditors his only job is to monitor compliance with the CVA and to report to creditors.
Under these cicumstances the incumbent Directors retain control of the club.

In an administration (such as Luton Town), The Administrator(s) have complete control of the club and are free to do as they wish (providing their actions are in the best interests of creditors). Unfortunately, selling key players whilst looking for an investor is almost certainly likely to maximise realisations for creditors.
