Fitton (leader, largest shareholder), Wray (shareholder) - only 2 on board of holding company.
Arbib shareholder, but just a follower, big supporter of local interests so on board to stop club dying and for a bit of fun. He WILL NOT join board of holding company (not around for 1/2 the year)

AF wants a small board with all members adding something.
Board will be Wray, Russell Backhouse (CE of a company, sounds like a finance head), Nick Watkins (CE), AF (Chairman of the Board).
Thats what it will be for the foreseeable future.
