Haha good shout Jan.

This has the potential to be the best Friday of 2008!  I may even buy some bubbly if it goes through!

Id like Fitton etc. to be on the pitch at the next home game just so we can give them a HUGE round of applause!  Cheesy

I have a bottle of Champagne on my desk here at work, our Xmas pressie that I haven't taken home yet.

I wonder what my boss would say if at 12 o'clock there's a statement from Fitton and I start jumping up and down on my desk and start spraying Champagne everywhere?  Cheesy

No better time to do it than against Forest, big away following, decent team, get the home fans all excited by parading the new owners on the pitch.

Maybe have a couple of new signings (loan or otherwise).  Be a good shout imo.

If today really is the day, and the statement reflects as such at midday, this must be the first time a deadline has ever been given by STFC, and actually stuck to.

A true sign that things might just get a whole lot better!  Beers

I really dont want them on the pitch. I'm as happy as the next town fan that this is all going through, i just think that their place is in the boardroom / exxec area of the arkells

I don't see what the consortium would gain by saying they are worth £500m when the exact opposite is true.
