According to AA route planner, it takes 1hr 49mins. So leaving at 4 you should be fine, that's 3 and a half hours to get there.

Bastard work is getting in the way, I will make a decsiion next Monday prob leave at 4, hot M25 at 5, watford by 5.30 with traffic, then down A41 straight into Barnet by 6, easy
