actually, i may have the wrong end of the stick a bit - although he was nicknamed fatboy by their fans.
some of them thought he was shit and booed him lots until he left, others thought he didn't get a chance because people booed him lots until he left.

If he is clearly not trying and has consistently shown a piss poor attitude over a period of time then that is totally different. There is no way that any of that applies to Blair Sturrock though. Even his biggest detractors would have to admit he has never been lacking in effort. |

very impressive today. reads the game superbly, holds the ball up well and makes intelligent runs. looks as though he'll have a fairly big role still to play this season.
should have hit the target at the least with that second half chance though
