Best thing to do is to google the error code. That way you can find out the prblem and the solution normally. Obviously if the solution is quite technical you can call your plumber  |

I normally just go for the hardcore techy geek method of pressing the troubleshoot button. You'd be amazed how often it fixes it. It goes through stuff like making sure ports are open etc by itself.
