another favourite is on older windows you can press ctrl+alt+direction arrow and it turns the orientation of the screen to whatever direction you press. doesn't work on xp though.

ooh, and ctrl+minus - turns the font size down. all of these confuse the hell out of people who aren't very good with computers cos they think they've broken it. Cheesy
