AFC Swindon wouldnt attract the usual 6000 and it wouldnt need to in the early days.If 1000 people watched a club at that level it would be a decent crowd and I think if they were doing well and if it had the right sort of publicity thats would soon grow.It would be about claiming your football club back.

It wouldn't be STFC either,it wouldnt have any League history it would be a new club all together.

i wouldnt want it to be called AFC either by the way.

you're right but i cant help think that people will expect us to bring in 5,000 fans every week and have the best players and fly up the leagues back to 'where we belong'

Even if 1000 people came along it would be good. How many newly formed teams even get a couple of hundred spectators?

If I wanted to watch good football I would stay in the pub all weekend and watch the Prem games.

sadly, too many people take this option already.....

plus it'll cost under a £5 to get in......and we'd always have more away fans than home when we went away.
