has anyone actually been down the CG and seen for themselves what's going on?

They probably got the police in because of all the threats they're getting of the forums tonight.

They have been called to investigate someone selling tickets for"The Mike Diamandis Ball".

Seems it is a raffle, not a dance.

the directors have a responsibility to pay their debts 3 failed takeovers all as a result of potential profit from a pie in the sky idea. that is criminal they have a responsibility to pay the creditors first and themselves 2nd. depends on fitton but i cant see that unless the club has gone bust then they have deliberately not put creditors before personal profit. that is criminal to some people maybe why the old bill is involved.

If, and it's still if, there has been a raid and lockdown as described you do not get that level of response for simple failure to discharge your responsibility as a director adequately.

Hopefully Diamandis has been arrested  Cheesy It seems odd that Starnes resigns and then the police raid the club.

I'm seeing a hot fuzz sort of situation. But instead of a MET policeman, I'm thinking a member of some mysterious Fraud Office, who's so good they demoted him to investigating STFC. Now he's gone mental with razor sharp paper work and origami and shit.

would the police normally raid the club at this kind of hour in this situation? seems a bit strange for corporate crimes, makes me wonder exactly what is going on.
