It better not be Holt, taking the last seat on the life raft as the SS Swindon Town begins to sink.
edit - forget this then.

in my opinion starnes was unfortunate to be thrown into the spotlight when devlin was off sick.
his resignation speaks volumes for what is going on.

Even Bob wants the sale to go through I think.
Not ever spoken to Starnes, but he did seem to actually give a fuck about the job, even said a few words to kick of the Swindon Shuffle at the CG which was quite late in the evening

Starnes isn't too bad, don't hate him no where near as much as the others, i wonder who else is going to be resigning? Get out of our fucking club seton/james/diamond mike, you are not fucking welcome here.

Starnes seemed to be a nice man a little out of his depth. He's obviously seen sense and left. Any chance he might spill the beans you reckon?

You're probably right about Bob Si, but the way he has spoke to some fans in the past has been entirely out of order. Again going back to that fans forum he was a rude arrogant prick that night.

trying to avoid the bailiffs coiming round to his house when the debts go up to 6 million probably. Limited company, limited liability. He's OK. To be honest, you don't hear much from Starnes, he just seems to get on with his job. Which is how it should be.

Oh yeah not denying that. Was just pointing out that even he looked very pissed off tonight on the telly.
