I'm sorry Fred but I don't believe that, from out of the blue, we're 3 working days from closing down.

Maybe a winding up petition would be best- the judge would then be advised that a rescue deal was/has been on the table for some time to rescue the club as a going concern. These clowns would then be out on their ears.
Still, if Andronikou had done his job properly in the first place and acted in the interests of the creditors rather than his associates, we would not be at this stage at all.
My first question as judge would be- what the hell has the CVA supervisor being doing? At best its professional misconduct/negligence

Sorry Ben for another new thread but this is fucking important.
I have been informed that the deadline of 30th November 2007, is NOT a deadline that has been issued by Mr Fitton.
This is a deadline that has been issued by HMRC.
If this deal is NOT COMPLETED on Friday then at 9.00am Monday morning a winding up petition WILL BE served on the club
GOODNIGHT FUCKING VIENNA
I told you this is going to get nasty Good , that will put the pressure on the idiots. The winding up petition still has to go to court, and it would not be enforced if the Revenue believed they would get their cash, even a day or two later. IF the deal is done this week the timing is not a problem. However if we are to be deducted points if the deal is not done by 30th November, I think we can wave goodbye to 10 or 15 points. No way will the CVA be paid by that date.

Fred do you know any more of the issues causing concern? Or is it still the er, certain individual? Only that the deal is scuppered by one man, because there is not enough money in it for him personally is what I have heard We are asking HMRC for more time but they have told us to fuck off.

I told you this is going to get nasty So lets hope the Winding Up Petition gets lost in the post as with everything else at HMRC. Sorry to make a joke of it but I need to cheer myself up somehow!

Fred - this is exactly what I heard as well (about the deal being scuppered). Possibly the same original source.
If you are genuinely sure of your facts, might I suggest you get on to Andy Cryer or one of his colleagues ASAP?
