even Holland are beatable - a highly over-rated footballing nation who had one golden period with truely outstanding players, and still haven't won the world cup.

Well the Scots had the hardest group in the Europeans ... lets see if they can qualify from this piss easy, no contest group,...

Group 9 Holland, SCOTLAND, Norway, FYR Macedonia, Iceland

I take it that's a piss take post.  Yes it's easier than our euro group but to call that "piss easy" is crazy.

Tell me how did england get on against macedonia in the last two qualifying groups. 0-0 and 2-2 in 2 of the last four meetings I believe.  Holland are no matter what the kraut says a very good side.  And Norway, well they're always a tough nut to crack.

I'd say N.Ire have the toughest group out of the UK sides.

Not a bad group to be drawn in - could have been much worse!

Hopefully the new manager will have got himself sorted with a settled team by the time we have to play Croatia. Both games against them and Ukraine away will be especially tough, the rest are very winnable IF the attitude and management of the team get sorted out...which is far from guaranteed
