Played there for Birmingham and for a lot of his career before he came to us.

got alot of stick a couple of weeks ago as it seemed he was just treading water. management rested (dropped) him and he's come back a bit better. has undoubted quality and can still do damage at this level.

contract expires this summer and in the interview on the radio today, he said when he came down he was expecting to sign a 2-year deal, but when he got here it wasn't what was agreed (kassam fucking people around as usual). so they mutually agreed on a 12-month contract and now the ball is in mooney's court; he'll be deciding where he goes (or stays) when the current contract expires, which is fair enough.

would definitely like to see him stay.
