Toni, I used to get panic attacks quite easily. Not about Swindon but unimportant stuff like failing university and being hideously in debt. I found the best thing was to self medicate. Wine and or Ketamine are the best. Weed takes the edge off a bit but isn't ideal. I've never ever had panic attacks in my life. Yesterday during the game was the first time ever.

I wouldn't worry about it then. Probably just a one off thing.

Well then don't go . I don't think you've got many other options than a) go and risk it. or b) don't go and stay at home.

Did your doctor not think too tell you that you need to change your diet, exercise more, get more sleep, cut out caffeine, etc. etc. "Sorry i can't go to football this weekend dad, my doctor advises against it" I'm sorry but this is absurd.

No cos everything else is fine. I'm healthy and everything. However, too many of these heart palpitations can result in me getting a heart attack so i have to cut down the things that make me nervous/panicky.

I'm on diazepam but i can't take too much cos they are the easiest drug to get addicted to. I can only take a certain amount. I still have to go to footie though as i have a season ticket. If it makes it worse then so be it but i'm not wasting money but not going to games and wasting over half of my season ticket!
