Apparently in Sat's programme notes it was said that a PAYE payment had been made to HMRC

Last week in the adver I think it was in Diamandis interview that the new potential investor had put a sum of money in and that had been given to Androniku to pay to the HMRC

My point is this is PAYE i.e to take off the £1.8m that is owed why is Androniku getting involved when it is nothing to do with the CVA, how could he make a payment ?

2 different stories, have HRMC actually been paid ?

Anyway HMRC are no longer preferential creditors. Therefore they should have not had priority over anyone else.

Around the last 2 years. The HMRC are an unsecured creditor the same as anyone else. Therefore effectively any other major creditor could challenge this decision to pay HMRC and they would win.

Technically they are only a creditor in the CVA, but we have no creditor list built up other than that so surely they couldn't have been paid part of what is owed from the CVA.
