Sturrock really should keep his mouth shut, He has been here 5 mins and doesnt know the half of it. I respect Luggy but even he must see the board wheeled him out to keep the fans at bay for another week.

In Sturrock's defense his job is to win football matches and if he feels protests will detract his players from that then he's entitled to say something.
He's the best manager we've had for years so Im rather reluctant to criticise him - he's not the enemy and to be fair he has made his views clear in recent weeks regarding more clarity from the board and the fans deserve better etc.

I love Sturrock (Not in a gay way).
He's assembled a decent squad, which is playing good football.
When he talks about off-field matters, I just don't take any notice..............

Hence leaving it until after the game. What gets on my tits is his comments regarding Diamandis and Wills. I guess he's entitled to opinion.

Dear oh dear mate.. Support the team... Do you really think that you and your 50/60 fellow posters are going cause "major, major shit"? It's really odd. I keep trying to find an anagram of "Dirk Diggler" that results in "Furious Masturbator" but I just can't seem to achieve it.

Yeah I understand what you're saying, but I suppose he's hardly likely to do anything other than praise his employers. On the hand it does seems strange though as he strikes me as someone who speaks as he finds... I agree with herthab I just ignore Sturrocks comments regarding off-field matters.

he is bound to side with the board. they employed him for a start.plus with the best lot trying to bring their players and staff in would surely have rocked the boat. he wouldn't have liked it for sure. look what the players they brought in have done.they'vehardly kicked a ball

The best part of Best fiasco was that Rufus and Viagra were not inflicted on the club. A proportion of the fans detest some board members and apparently the feeling is mutual. Protests are not going to change anything. Why don't we all agree to comply with Luggy's wishes. You may not like the message, but the messenger is the best in the business at what he does. Quite frankly, he provides Swindon Town with credibility, something desperately needed for survival.

Sturrock
Please shut up, you had my sympathy this week with your appeal, now just leave it yeah, let it drop.
Your constant bigging up of the board when you have only been here 2 minutes is really starting to get on my tits.
We have done what you have asked, now you deliver the goods. and FFS keep to the job in hand......................manage the fucking football team.
Believe you me, if things start going a bit smelly this week we will be taking things to PV and major major shit for the Donny game Just who the fuck do you think you are? Serious question. Because you're starting to get on my fucking tits!

Why not? Some people need to get off their high horses. We're all fucked off with the financial situation but these Trust guys seem to think they're above everybody else.

We're all passionate my brother. However, Sturrock is entitled to his opinion as much as anybody else. I want change as much as anyone but I do not want these militant fucks pissing the manager and team off.
