Yeovil's already said he didn't want to be a mod anymore and nominated OST as his successor.  This took Yeovil weeks to decide and involved him being locked in a room until he made his decision.  Then yesterday as the white smoke came from his room the waiting world knew he had reached his decision - OST to be the new mod.

Yeovil went power mad and didn't like the responsibility anymore but thought that OST would be an ideal replacement.

I can't be arsed to strip him of his powers as he's done a smashing job and it's to much like 5 minutes of work.
