Are you dissing the great Andy Williams? I'm not very familiar with his work, but he has nice teeth. It appears there are gaps in your musical knowledge. I suggest you listen to some Andy Williams, Tony Bennett and Dean Martin........... I might do so. There's a mega gap completely from 1989 to 1995, but that's for an entirely different reason.

Or your career as a Marlborough Penguin? that was simultaneous, although a lot shorter! got in the way of football which was all i liked doing until i was 15 and someone gave me some stella. kinda went downhill quite quickly after that.

i think they are deriding the name 'Penguin' as a force in the swinmming world. I'll happily admit it is a bit of a crap name, but I only swam in the actual team a handful of times.
It had never struck me as funny before until Luci, Fred and Si pissed themselves on the train.
Bit like when a friend visited swindon and saw the name on most of the car dealerships around town.

Penguins?!? Ha ha, whilst all the other teams perform the front crawl your lot used to stand by the side of the pool and hop in (when you felt like it) then swim with your arms at your side.
