I had Smells Like Teen Spirit on cassette when it first came out - I must have been about 7 or 8!

I liked Nirvana, wasn't too keen on Foo Fighters.

I'm like Bennett in that I tend to disregard 'genres' and instead just tend to buy it if I like it.

Luckily I'm old enough to disregard whether groups are deemed cool, or uncool.

Andy Williams is very good Cheesy

Andy Williams, Eddie Fisher and Bobby Darin did a classic version of "Do re mi" once.  Superb.

You got love a bit of "Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooorn Freeeeeeeee" as well.

I'm not very familiar with his work, but he has nice teeth.

It appears there are gaps in your musical knowledge.

I suggest you listen to some Andy Williams, Tony Bennett and Dean Martin...........

...and some Sammy D and some Ol' Blue Eyes himself.

Speaking of which there was a Sinatra film on BBC2 last night, sadly I fell asleep.

I assumed even Sussex had heard of Sinatra Cheesy

The film last night was 'The Man With The Golden Arm', a film about a heroin addict. Very controversial at the time it was made (1956) but a bit tame by todays standards.

Well yeah, just wanted to join in, and get a chance to mention the film really.

Never seen one of his films, any suggestions as to which to look out for?
